Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.
We have the right to cancel a commission anytime for any reason.

The client may request anonymity on their commission both on the queue and in gallery if desired.
If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it. Please refer to the Rush Order Section below.
Maximum 3 free revisions of SKETCHES until submitted (not including linework or colored process), complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.
I will send you a WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the piece.
I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so if you take longer than 24 hours to approve the sketch, please understand that my completion time will also take longer.
Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. If you wish to use your art commercially or for merchandise, please refer to the next section.

Payment

All prices and payments are in USD through Paypal Invoices or Ko-fi donations.
There will be a GST/HST fee of 13% || Canadian Tax
Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission. Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.
If you want your commission to be completely private, you will be charged double the total price.

Refunds

I want to cancel my commission. - It's fine to cancel your commission until we have started the lining phase. Contact us and we will send you the file and a refund if I haven't yet finished the drawing.
Will I get a refund? - If what you've paid equals less than what I've completed before the cancellation, there will be no refund and I will send you a version of the art that equals what you'd paid. If you've paid in full, I'll pay back for the work I haven't done and send the art that I've finished.DO NOT REQUEST A REFUND BEFORE YOU'VE CONTACTED ME.

Rush Orders

The rush order fees are an additional 50% of the total price.
My current turn around time without rush order is 1-3 months.
The turnaround time also depends on how many commissions that I currently have, which you can check HERE.
Rushing your order will allow you to skip the wait time and you will receive your work within 5-14 business days, depending on how many is ordered.
Rush priority is only available if I can meet it, so confirm with me through DM on Twitter or in an e-mail if I can rush your commission.

As the Artist, I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.The Artist is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself within any place or website.
Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.
To display or post it where I like.
If you are someone who wishes to keep their drawing private, please let me know! We'll work something out. (Private commissions are a 50% extra fee.)

WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CLIENT is allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
Print the art for themself, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

We offer some different art variation's not listed here. These are easier and fun to produce for Streaming if that is something you are wishing for. :) You will still need to abide by our ToS of course.

Tell me what you want! This is an experimental tier where both the client and I get to really discuss their character together and get something that fits them best! These are best during streams.
If you do not care and just want the character drawn however, please know that is an option too! Its sometimes fun to imagine what the character could be like. And there's a bit of a discount.

Clothing Sheets: $40+ ea

A Flat Colour Clothing Sheet that shows the front and back of a character while wearing their new outfit. Additional charges are listed below.
Note: Your Character must already be created with a reference image/sheet. Character Creation would be a different commission type.What you will receive:

Reference Sheets: $75+

A Flat Colour Reference Sheet comes with a front and back pose of your character, one headshot and two choices of extra details.

We take commissions through forms only*! This allows us the ability to keep things neat and tidy for our busy brain, so please choose either to fill our the google doc or DM Form!
